OUR FAMILY STAY IN THE ALGARVE

Since baby George was born in July, we never really got to go on a summer holiday- not taking into account our Tel Aviv trip in May, that is. We were all longing for some sun, but as the first few months proved to be more difficult than we had hoped, we simply could not decide where or when to go. And when we both finally reached the point where we could not even stand up straight anymore because of all the sleepless nights, autumn had spread across Europe…




ALL BEGINNINGS ARE HARD

Yep, I’ve been gone quite a while…
I guess adjusting to our new life was harder than I thought (and hoped, for that matter)! But as they say, all beginnings are hard, and we are just getting past this new beginning named baby George.

When looking at (new) holiday destinations I must say I am pretty predictable; most of the time I am looking for a combination of sun, sea, charm and, last but not least, safety.

Tel Aviv might not be your first choice when it comes to that last prerequisite: at least it had never been mine because of all the turbulence in that area.
